Canolfan Felin Fach aims to ensure that all people and groups who use its services receive a fair and consistent service, and that the center is as welcoming as possible for all our beneficiaries. The staff and volunteers work together as a team to achieve this goal.

Every effort is made to create and maintain a friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere at all times which is paramount if people are to feel safe and comfortable when using the services and activities available.

  • encourage, support and enable individuals to express their views and proposals, and to participate in the planning of activities and developments
  • provide the relevant information that will enable the individual to make their own choices
  • offer opportunities for training and personal development activities to enable the individual to broaden their skills and further their ability
  • provide training, supervision and support to Center staff and volunteers that enables them to work together for the benefit of service users and the Center as a whole
  • network with other voluntary and statutory groups, services and agencies so that we can offer the best possible standard of service for the benefit of individuals in need of support
  • promote community involvement by offering opportunities for volunteering
  • aim to reduce stigma by informing the public through information sharing campaigns etc.
